With STREAM - you need to make sure the music files are in the correct format.
To upload music to the STREAM:
-Connect STREAM to the computer and find the H2O STREAM and open it.
-Find the music files on your computer. Please note that the player is able to play .MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE formats.
If your music is stored in iTunes, you likely need to export the music files into MP3 format. (see below)
-Select or Copy the .MP3 files and then copy/paste or ‘drag & drop’ the files to the H2O STREAM. The file transfer will start. Do not disconnect until all files have been copied.
-To remove or delete files on the STREAM - simply select the files in the STREAM memory and Delete them or drag to Trash.
-To disconnect it from the Computer, click Eject the STREAM or simply disconnect it.
